Autonomous Coral Reef Inspection

Marine robot capabilities for reef ecology monitoring with improved spatial and temporal resolution.

Coral reefs are important indicators of marine ecology health under threat from global warming, pollution, and human activity. This project extends marine robot capabilities to monitor reefs with better spatial and temporal ranges and resolutions than traditional human diver observation.
